Franklin PUD Helping Hands utility bill assistance

Franklin PUD Helping Hands was created as way for donors to help “neighbors” keep their lights, power, and electricity on. The program was created to provide one time, emergency utility bill assistance to a small number of customers who are in a crisis.

Any person or business could help people in need by making either a one time or recurring monthly contribution to Franklin PUD. The donation will be tax deductible, so the net impact to a donor is less than the total amount given.
