Using donations from generous people from across Wyoming as well as corporate contributions, the program provides a small amount of financial assistance to qualified customers that may be able to allow them to keep their heat or electricity on.
Lend a Hand is but one of the many assistance programs as well as social services available to customers of Rocky Mountain Power in Wyoming. It tends to be very limited and focused though as it does rely on money raised from the community. Not only can the funds help pay utility bills in some cases, but it also allows families to donate to those that are less fortunate.
